These are a lifesaver!!
I run a lot and it’s been so hot. Nothing worse than getting home and getting in the shower and finding out you’re chafed everywhere. The stick is great but the lotion is better for harder places to reach with the stick. Highly recommend them!!

Leaves skin sticky
This product on a whole does what it's meant to do but I found that it left a very sticky feel to it until it's washed off. Not a particular fan.

Great for blister or have areas
My husband and I both love these products. He uses them under his T-shirt when he's working out to avoid any chafing. I use it on my heels and ankle when I wear shoes without socks. It does a good job of keeping all the friction away and I never get blisters anymore
