Excellent product. Even though it is a refill, you don't need a dispenser or a foot pump. You just press a hole in the back.

I ordered this as this is what we use in the Operating Room where I work. I used it when my eye team went on a surgical mission abroad. It is very convenient and the best in the market, just expensive.
