Nice concept, but the legs are bad
The legs do not screw in evenly. Some are sticking out at an angle while others are more straight. Also, the wood is unfinished. If it is being used to water play, it needs to be stained or have some sort of coating put on.

It's not water resistant
It absorbs water, stains easily as kids use coloured water.
