I was not impressed with this item. It was hard to clean and smelled bad when they brought it home from school.

It is okay, the ice pack is a nice addition but my son has a different version and it fits way more food. My kids can eat a lot so I was disappointed in it... barely fits half a sandwich And I can see it breaking easily if someone was rough with it (my daughters pretty gentle so its been okay). I'd recommend the same brand as they're good quality but maybe a different design.

We love these containers so much that we got two of them! They're stylish, easy to open and close, easy to clean, and the compartments don't leak into each other. Which means crackers don't get soggy and nothing tastes like anything it's not supposed to. The portion sizes are perfect for my toddler and preschooler. I love that the food stays chilled with the insert. You can put it in the dishwasher but it's super easy to handwash so I just do that. We will be ordering more of these so I can prep more meals in advance. I love that I don't need extra chill packs to keep it cold. This is the product I needed to make lunches simpler!Update:We also use these in the play kitchen with pretend foods so my daughter can practice opening and closing it independently. It's challenging at first, but she's getting the hang of it. Also, the last photo shows some damage created by my dishwasher. Not a huge problem but enough to make me want to hand wash only. We've used these daily for 4 months and they've held up great.

This is the perfect lunch box for back to school! The size is great for my kids to carry in their backpack and the built in ice pack is perfect!

This is a good idea, but keep in mind some issues I didn’t think about before purchasing. If you put in foods that need utensils they won’t fit, I couldn’t put in anything that was prepackaged such as apples or chips. Also, no handle to carry. I gave it 4 stars due to how small the compartments are. I wish I had the box and haven’t put my kids name on it our I would have returned it.
