This is my third pair of this slide. I still have my others. I like having back-up pairs. These are so comfortable. I slip them on when I get out of bed and wear them all year long. In the winter I wear them with socks. I have a pair I wear inside. I have a pair I wear to do yard work, so I don't mind if they get muddy or dirty, although they clean up well. They have great arch support, which is a must with plantar fasciitis. The Velcro allows me to adjust the width if I need to, for socks. These are perfect for me! I normally wear a 6 1/2 wide. I buy a 7 in these. It is possible I could wear a 6, but to play it safe, I've gone with a 7, and they've been so comfortable. The adjustable strap does hang over the side of the slide a bit, but I buy the 7 because sometimes my feet swell and going up to a 7 works best for me. I hope they never stop making these, because there are no suitable substitutes. I love them!

I just bought my 4th pair of these Vionic Kiwi slides. I bought the first pair after months of struggling with painful plantar fasciitis, after reading a review that these helped someone else. Within a week my plantar fasciitis was gone for good! I work 100% from home, so I wear these every day, and the pain has never came back. They are very comfortable, great quality/long lasting, they provide great arch support, and somehow they keep my feet both cool in the summer (my feet NEVER sweat in these) and warm in the winter (even without socks)! There must be some special coating on the footbed that helps with this, so I make sure I use a gentle cleanser when cleaning. I've even worn them hiking, and with the velcro I could strap them tight enough to scramble up and down the big rocks with ease. Of course I would never recommend others hike or rock scramble in slides, but it's just a testimony to the versatility of these sandals. Overall, they're AMAZING and my 100% go-to favorite casual footwear!

These Vionic slides are awesome for support and comfort. I was always in bare feet, or just socks in the house… no shoes in the house… keeps the floors nice and clean, but foot Doc said… “ You have to wear arch supports always” … ugh… no way! So I found these comfy supportive slides, and they are wonderful! Not attractive, but when I’m at home being comfy… they are fine. I have lots of cute ones for going out, but these are I guess what the “old folks” call “house shoes” … that term cracks me up… never heard it until I moved to California. Anyway, they could improve the aesthetics, but serviceability is great. I did see pics of a pair someone had for 5 years and they were all cracked ( not genuine leather) so I’m not thrilled about that, but they fit the bill for what I needed. Would buy them again. I wear 8:5, so I ordered 9s and they are a pinch big but are doable… would prefer half sizes though.

Very useful style shoe

Because of the different reviews regarding the size of these shoes, I was confused over what to order. So I ordered both a size 7.5 and an 8, (even though I mainly wear a size 8). Here is the issue that I believe Vionic needs to fix:The size 7 fits the LENGTH of my foot perfectly... but the molded arch is placed too far forward in the shoe, making my foot not stay in the correct position in the shoe when I walk. The size 8 fits my arch perfectly, but the actual length of the shoe is a touch longer than I’d prefer. If the size 7 had just had the arch in the right place, I would’ve kept them, but I had to keep the size 8, because I didn’t want my arch to not be supported correctly. I believe this length vs arch issue must be the reason others sometimes say that they run big.The above said, I still LOVE this shoe! I wanted a slip-on shoe that I could also wear with socks, and these work well. The adjustable flap is appreciated. And, of course, Vionic’s arch support cannot be beat! I bought 11 other pairs of shoes before finding these! Vionic has one other pair that I liked that I can wear socks with, and I kept those, too. These shoes are sort of “shuffle” around the house shoes... the others are easier to walk faster in. (I’ll come back and edit this when I can look up the name of the other style.) They are called “Pacific Ellie Wedge”... but just a warning to the elderly crowd, if you are at all unsteady on your feet, opt for the slipper type instead of the Ellie ones, as they have a platform sole that can (unless you walk perfectly) cause you to turn your ankle.These slippers/shoes are so nice that I’m sending my Mother a pair for her 92nd birthday.😊 She had the same issue I had, needing a shoe, that still looks pretty, to be able to slip on and off, with or without socks. I don’t know why most shoes with arches are so ugly! I find that most are either decorated with rhinestones, or look like a 200 year old corpse should be wearing them. Vionic is the only company who will have a few styles every year that are pretty enough, yet plain enough, to wear. I tried ordering Skechers new arch support shoes, but their soles are made out of a terrible, foamy type material that squishes with your bad “foot posture”... like memory foam mattresses do with your back. I found them useless because they didn’t support my feet in the proper position. Finding the right shoe is murderously difficult! I won’t wear any shoes without arch support anymore... and I like classic styles and classic colors... so it’s very hard. But I’ve come to the point where I, usually, only look to Vionic for shoes and slippers. Wearing shoes with the correct arch support has completely stopped the growth and pain I had from a beginning bunion... I don’t know why shoes without arches are even allowed to be sold? If only I could’ve told my 20 year old self what my 50 year old self knows now.🙄Hope this helps others with the same needs/issues.😊

I returned these as they were more casual than what I was looking for. Very wide in appearance, but would be comfortable. Just not what I wanted.Very nice if you're not looking for something to wear semi dressed up.

Cette sandale est de bonne qualité. Par contre je me suis un peu trompée en prenant la grandeur 10 pour homme qui équivaut à 11 de dame. J'aurais dû prendre un point plus petit.

They are good for my ankle

I have try many sandal but not good as this vionic. I have use for 4 pairs already. 1 pair can last for 2 years. Hope Vionic will continue have this sandal available.
