OGX Protecting + Silk Blowout Quick Drying Thermal Spray, 6 fl. oz

I used this spray on damp hair before blow-drying and it helped my hair dry faster while keeping it smooth. It’s very lightweight and didn’t make my hair feel greasy or weighed down. What stood out the most was the shine — after I finished styling my hair looked really glossy and healthy, and I actually got a compliment about how shiny my hair looked. It also helped reduce frizz and made my hair feel soft instead of stiff like some heat sprays can do. If you blow-dry or flat iron your hair often and want something that protects from heat while giving your hair a smooth, shiny finish, this works really well.

i'm not sure if it actually dries my hair any faster, but it does smell nice and it sprays well. My hair is very thick and has a tendency to get oily. I don't notice any negative effects when I use this and it does seem to tame fly aways

I've been using this with my L'ange Le Volume, which is the brush/dryer combined and it gives the fresh from salon blowout look and feel. My hair is long and fine but have a lot of it. I did a comparison to John Frieda brand and was very impressed with the OGX. In fact, I actually felt like I got a better result from the OGX. First the smell is pleasant but doesn't linger. There is a slight stickiness if you are applying it to your hands (just spray it directly on hair lifting and spraying and then brush through, stickiness problem solved). Also, I towel dry my hair for a short time prior to spraying into my hair (this is more because I get distracted). I let set for a about 2 minutes to absorb into my hair before drying. Drying time was very reasonable given the amount of hair I have. Once I complete blowout, the end result is smooth and sleek. Keep in mind, this is not a frizz control product. For frizz control you would want to use a product that is specifically for frizz or one that includes in the blowout spray.

I love this product! My hair doesn’t need any other styling products it’s soft and manageable. The volume lasts all day and protects my fine hair from heat. Great product I’m satisfied with the blowout product and recommend it!!

Love the scent protection from blow drying hair

This spray makes my hair feel silky and smooth. I have thick wavy hair and this makes my hair feel fantastic. I have purchased 5 bottles of it so far. I read the reviews before I purchased the first bottle and some of them weren't very good. Some people said that it made their hair stiff. It will if you spray it all over your head at one time. Don't do that. Spray your hair in sections and dry the section as soon as you spray it. This is the best thermal spray I have found!

With a baby at home, I wanted to find a way to shorten my shower routine and I was specifically looking for something that would dry my hair faster. This product came highly recommended on a number of websites and with the sheer number of positive reviews on Amazon, I figured I would give it a shot. I have very fine hair, but a lot of it, so drying my hair can take quite some time with a hairdryer. If I leave it to air dry, it will take hours, If I sleep on wet hair pulled into a ponytail, it's still not fully dry in the morning. I use this spray liberally all over my entire head, in particular I focus on the upper back part of my head where I have a lot of hair and it takes the longest to dry. This product has shaved a solid 10 minutes off of my hair drying routine. My hair dries super fast with this product, I wish I found it sooner! I don't find that it particularly weighs my hair down, but I've only used it for about a week so far. I stopped using other smoothing products because I don't find I need them with this.
