Feels the difference. Good product and worth the money!
I have been using for a while and its effective, we feel it and for me personally doesnt have any side effects. Pill size is big but that doesnt mean its hard to intake.

Ordered 3 lots as we love these omega capsules. Partner noticed a difference in his knees quickly. I noticed my ibs stomach was better quick too. Father inlaw loves them.
