I like another user use this product in conjunction w/Co-Q 10 and resveratrol and then of course a lot of other vitamins and minerals, but this does seem to boost the efficacy of the other 2. I also have become aware that this product can help the aging brain and memory issues so I'm gonna keep taking it w/the other things I take as well because if it's true, I'd rather be safe than sorry! But it's easy to take and the price is very good and the folks at the company are quite helpful and very nice, which is great should you ever need to contact them. Take this and see the difference for yourself!

This is a great addition to resveratrol for anti-aging, indeed they synergize with each other to enhance each other's effectiveness. Note that both resveratrol and pterostilbene follow a hormetic curve, meaning they help in small to moderate doses but can backfire and are counterproductive as high doses. I think 150mg is at the high end, and 75mg may work better. Do some research to find out which dose is best for you.

I purchased this product for enhanced cognitive function. At 70, it helped me with that function. It will not restore you to an 18 year old brain, but it did help. Good product.

If you prefer more than opinion, you can Google “pterostilbene” and open research papers that have .nlm (National Library of Medicine), or .ncbi (National Center for Biotechnology Information), or .nih (National Institutes of Health) in their web addresses. Then you can read papers based on research and not a layman’s opinion. There has been extensive research of pterostilbene that is still ongoing and it appears to be overwhelmingly favorable, but please base your decision on your own readings of the research and not opinion. Stating this, I do understand that sometimes something appears to the new miracle supplement and a few years later it fades. Pterostilbene is related to resveratrol (both are stilbenes), which was popular over a decade ago. Some research recommends taking the two together. Again, I recommend that you do the research yourself.
