This is good for daily workouts. Reasonably priced and has good mixability. You do not need a shaker for this. Just stir with a spoon and it mixes wells. Tastes good and gives a reasonable pump

Worthless
Do not purchase it, after drinking you will feel itchings on your faces. After 45 mins.. It creates anxiety, confusion Bahut hi bekar product hai. Black coffee is far better then this.

Clumped and bitter
It came clumped. When I drank 1 scoop after two sips it tatsed that bitter and horrific experience i had with muscle blaze. If the sealed boxes are like this I don't know how to trust this brand now. It's a genuine concern and they should look into this.

I am forced to write this review as I am shocked. I was using blood shower pre workout and suddenly i buyed this muscle blaze. Wha a taste - Fruit punch is wow. Today 1st day will workout for its quality and review back. But first impressions Best
