This is good for daily workouts. Reasonably priced and has good mixability. You do not need a shaker for this. Just stir with a spoon and it mixes wells. Tastes good and gives a reasonable pump

Do not purchase it, after drinking you will feel itchings on your faces. After 45 mins.. It creates anxiety, confusion Bahut hi bekar product hai. Black coffee is far better then this.
