Are the sleeves made of neoprene?

I have no idea, not having the packaging any longer. But, I'll say this; it's the best thing I have come across for the pain I endure due to golfer's elbow and believe me, I have purchased so much stuff.

Product is okay but not the original

It does what it says though. But product seems old and no manufacturer details nor date of manufacture.Cold stays only for 10 mins though but quickly cools again when kept in freezer
