I like these point protectors. We have brown outs more often than I like and it is good to know that there is something protecting the compressor. Also we have a back up generator and it is helpful that on transition not all the loads in the house come back on at the same time.

Works. On power loss it does have the power restoration delay as advertised. I really can't speak to the over volt and under volt protection since I don't have a way to test that. Fits my refrigerator's flat plug with no issues. I mention this since I had previously purchased the old version which had a recessed and angled plug which didn't work very well with flat plugs.
