We love these! We care for our mom with help of hospice. These are the best of all we tried for g er. Very absorbent, no leaks and very strong! Many of cheaper ones rip when pulled up. Worth every penny.

These would be perfect if there were more of the padded absorption material on the leg-sides of the panties. As it is now, there is only a thin, lacy paper-like material on the elastic leg openings, and leaks are prone to travel to the sides, where there is no protection. Other than that, the rest of the panty's front, center, and back are well-padded and protected.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: As a caregiver of senior in-laws, I needed a reliable, leak-proof adult diaper. I highly recommend these based on the opinion of my mother-in-law: She finds them extremely comfortable and easy to put on and take off. On my end, I find them odor-free, and easy to dispose of, and mess-free. Quality: Great quality. Sturdy enough for all-day protection. Fit: Great fit as advertised.

The material is absorbent. They fit better than brands sold in big box stores but leakage can occur. They don't really contain odors. I double bag for disposal but still need a deodorizer to get to the end of trash week. More expensive than other brands.

For my body this pull up seems to be providing the best comfort, coverage, and leak protection. It is a more expensive option but so far for me it’s worth it!
