Quick Charge with Repair/Maintenance
This is working very well for my 2 idled cars that do not get much use since we started working from home. Upgraded previous trickle charger (1.5 Amps) with this beast (35 Amps).Charged from 60 to 100% in less than 4 hours. This would take days with previous trickle charger. I find the screen useful as it shows the current charge. Easy to use instructions. Quality is great and will be reflected in the weight, It is heavy and has well built. In the charging mode it auto stops once fully charged. The inbuild fan stays on while charging. This product is great for maintaining/repairing not reviving a dead battery. Per the instructions this product works with batteries greater than 2 volts charge left in it. If it falls below this product may not work.Perfect for quick charging / maintaining automobile batteries.

Much better than their 10A!
I wasted over a week repairing and charging some drained batteries. This had set back several days. This immediately detected it needs repair mode. Lower Amperage as the battery gets fuller. Not discrete modes, it just guessed when to lower the amps, probably mostly based upon the returned voltage. Easy to understand display. Auto fan off and a lit power switch (when on), no need to hook to while live. Has lights for the mode just like a solar charge inverter only not color coded. Can switch from 10A to 20A to 35A, no need for smaller unit. It is three sizes in one. Clips are the size of a typical jumper so it can handle larger posts. It also does 24V for a typical off-grid solar system. Faster topping off after cloudy days as well.

It has survived it's FIRST torture test. (More to come)
This is for the 35A Smart charger. Not the 20A or 10A unitsFirst impressions coming out of the box were good. It a good box the unit had some heft to it.First test out of the box was to recharge my 12vdc 250Ah LiGePo4 battery from ~30% SOC to 100% SOC. It did this without much complaint running about 30A (never saw anything above 30A) in about 6 hours. A couple hours of the recharge time I was running a 22" WindMachine fan off of an APC 300w inverter at the same time. It was drawing about between 3-4A.I wouldn't say the unit is quiet when it's on and charging something even if that something is completely full and the unit is set on it's lowest Amp setting. With the unit on but disconnected the fans stay off. But if you have the leads connected to any battery, full or not, those fans kick on at full speed. They aren't super loud, but you will hear them if you're nearby.I will be testing the recover/repair function of the unit soon on some AGM batteries for my Miatas that don't get driven enough. Should be an interesting test of both the 35A Smart charger and my Oukitel P2001 solar generator/175w solar panel combo. The real reason for this unit though is to turn that 250Ah battery into a emergency power station for my apartment. While most people would charge the battery off solar, because I live in an upstairs apartment with a HUGE SW facing porch that is shaded until about 4:00 pm I can harvest VERY little sun. So I will recharge from the mains when they are working and power my fridge, freezer some lights and the fan (if needed) though a new 2500W (5000W peak) inverter I'm getting.Yes the power outages here are serious and often enough for me to go to these lengths. Every time there is an larger outage in the area, everything around me gets back online fairly quckly, but this little section I live in gets left behind.Anyways, so far the 35A smart charger is a winner with minor caveats.

Doesn't Work, acts like it. But doesn't
I bought this to maintain the batteries i use for trucks. Some sit for a while between uses, so having something that allows me to keep them topped off is nice. This thing flat you doesn't work. No idea why. tested myself to see if i was crazy, and used an old- 90s- "automatic" charger. and sure enough, when applying the leads, they spark. and battery shows signs of life after a single use. This thing was flat out useless. When i bought it, it was around ~45 or so and that is overpaying. But list price now of$130 is flat insane. DO NOT BUY THIS CHARGER.

Solid 24v charger
K so, I've only used this charger a couple times but I'm very impressed with the ruggedness. and the intelligent operating system. I'm off-grid and needed a charger for my 24v 1500ah battery that can run off a small honda gennie. I run two of these chargers side by side. Very impressed with the performance and expect to have them working for me for years.

Great device !
I have now purchased 3 of them total. Two are on Fire Pumps and one is on a Fork Lift. The device successfully reconditioned the Fork Lift Battery which I had originally thought I’d have to replace. My opinion is that for the money, this device is Great

Useless for recovering a dead battry
The unit did not have any obvious defects in the wiring as some other reviewers have pointed out. But the controls are too simple / stupid to be useful recovering a dead car battery. It will not charge without detecting the battery (this is a relatively common safety feature to stop dumb people from reverse wiring the charger) , but there is no override. You can manually trick the charger into starting by using another charger in a serial connection, so it detects voltage. But then it starts to charge and within 1-2 minutes shuts down saying the battery is fully charged (but the actual voltage of the 12V battery is 5.5V as measured at the terminals). So it's charging logic is broken. I was hoping this charger would just apply the specified amps and not be too 'smart'. But it's useless. As others have said, this is the noisiest charger I've used, but to be fair my strongest charger only goes to 15A for continuous service (50A jump start). So I do not think it is abnormally loud.
