We purchased two of these and have been sleeping with them for about 6 weeks. I have recurrent neck pain from whiplash sustained years ago and my husband has been sleeping with his head too far forward and it has started to affect his posture. My neck hasn’t hurt since using this pillow, I mainly sleep on my side but sometimes my back and it is comfortable either way. I noticed yesterday that his posture has improved a bit - yay! Love the pillow case - smooth and cool to touch, warms up to body temp quickly. Just right! My husband uses a pillow case, I only use the one included. Wish we could buy extra pillow cases because these have to hang dry so I have to remember to wash it in the morning and turn a fan on it so it is dry by bedtime. That is my only complaint about this pillow that cradles your head like a cocoon! We just bought two more over Black Friday sale to keep in our RV.

I wasn’t planning to leave a review this quickly, but my experience has warranted it. I’m a terrible sleeper despite having a great mattress, adjustable base, and every other possible amenity. I recently woke up with some nasty neck pain which usually subsides after a night with a heating pad, but this time, it didn’t help. It was impeding my workout routine, so out of desperation, I sought out neck pillows. I had few expectations for this, and also read that it takes some getting used to, but just one night and the neck pain was gone. After just two nights I’ve already seen the length of my time asleep without waking during the night increase significantly and I’ve tossed my old pillow. I feel much more rested and focused during the day - could be a game changer! Customer service seems great, too - they offer an extra insert that may help the level of comfort one feels. I’m not sure if I can improve what I’m already experiencing, but it’s a nice dream! *Update* it’s now been about 3 weeks since I received this pillow and my review stands - I actually look forward to sleeping on it. I’m still not a great sleeper, but that’s on me. I continue to notice nights where I sleep at much longer intervals than I have for years - quality over quantity. I’ve received the extra insert, but haven’t given it a proper test run since the original way seems to have done the trick. If I had one do-over, it would be to get the slightly larger queen size. Update #2: I love this pillow! It’s now been over a year and I have zero regrets about this purchase. I’ve even given them as gifts to people that have had neck issues. One con from one of the recipients was that it was too thick - he likes a nearly flat pillow. I used to agree until I began using this. It cradles my neck beautifully. Although my sleep still isn’t great, I’ve no doubt it’s NOT the sole fault of a pillow. I hope I don’t jinx it, but I haven’t had neck pain since I started using this.

I like this pillow because it has enough support, without being too hard. It’s soft but firm. I love that there is no stupid button in the middle where your head rests, or your face rests. It is perfect for side sleeping, and great for back sleeping. This is the second one I ordered. One for my husband, now one for me. I have had a really bad neck, and for years I would wake up in a lot of pain. This neck pillow has really lessened the pain in half. I think it will keep improving my neck health. It’s a great relief after many pillows to find my perfect pillow!

Edit: The pillowcase is fraying and pilling while the pillow itself is losing structure and support. It kept getting softer and isn’t working well anymore. I’ll likely just have to toss it. At first, the pillow was stiff and caused some pain as I had to get adjusted to it and didn’t give it time to expand, but when I gave it time to expand and my neck to adjust, it now feels amazing and I use it every night. Neck pain has been considerably reduced
