One of the wheel is not in the same level and not moving with 4 wheels . Appearance is good quality is poor. I am going to return it.

The bag i recieved after unboxing it , the Code of the bag is not working . It has to be 000 before i change it , yet its not working and not being able to change it

Presentable , ease of " wheeling " quality is good .

Maleta bastante robusta se ve grande y espaciosa. Excelentes acabdos me gusta mucho el color. No viene llave de la maleta

I will be using my new 21 inch carry on suitcase on a trip to the Northwest for 23 days in mid May. I just packed and with storage cubes was able to get in about 10 days worth of clothes along with hiking shoes and the cubes fit perfectly. The four wheel spinners make this suitcase a breeze to turn and roll. I put it through a test in some tight corners, hallways, and driveway. I was thrilled by the easy maneuverability of this suitcase. This is a game changer for me having used a soft sided two wheel carry on before, that was constantly falling over. I also have Rheumatoid Arthritis and this fits my needs. I had no issues with unlocking the suitcase when it arrived as some folks had said. Easy to set and unlock. I purchased the brown and I love the leather striping. It came with a laundry bag, and I like the hanger addition to the suitcase. I cannot wait to fly with it and see how durable it proofs. Fingers crossed.

I bought three sizes in the blue design and after less than five uses the medium sized one just cracked open at the wheelbase after I collected my luggage from Scoot Airlines flight to Bangkok. Very disappointed and unhappy with the poor material quality.

wanted it to match what I have and am not disappointed. Also, it holds more than its size would indicate.

I liked the aesthetics. A little bit smaller than expected.
