I've been hesitating to review these for a while; often times, it takes a while for low-quality stainless steel to show its real quality. But these have been bulletproof. They store easily, and stand up to some pretty consistent use. I've used these with all kinds of ingredients from acidic to basic, and they don't show any signs of discoloration. Definitely worth it, especially if you're trying to remove plastic from your kitchen like I've been.

The bowls are useful, clean well, stack nicely and are light. They do not sluff bad things into the food like plastic does and the price is good.

While perfectly functional, the stainless used for these is incredibly thin. The larger bowls will sometimes flex on the bottom when mixing which is very loud. I attached a video showing what I mean. These are a great value for stainless steel bowls, but you kind of definitely get what you pay for. They don't have lids, and as with any stainless bowl, they're prone to sliding if you're mixing on a countertop. That said, the polished look on the inside has stood up to several uses and the dishwasher a couple dozen times so far, so in some ways, I'm impressed. The variety of sizes is also excellent, so if this is your starter set of mixing bowls, you're in a good place.

The bowls are really good quality and sturdy. I use them all the time and are easy to clean. My only (minor) beef is that they are smaller than I thought. But they are still very versatile.

This item is misleading. The bowls are not solid metal as the written description suggests. They seem to be made of some other material that has a metal coating which easily scratches off. An Amazon customer rep only seemed helpful in returning this item once I advised them that it's illegal to sell this item as a set of "stainless steel bowls" in New Zealand under the Fair Trading Act - because it's reasonable for buyers to assume the product will be made of stainless steel, and not merely coated with stainless steel that scratches off

Beware you won't be able to mix much in these bowls because they are so wide but low rather than deep. Might be good as cereal bowls if you like eating cereal out of different sized, metal bowls...

I am veering away from plastic bowls and these are perfect!

The bowls nest together very well saving in storage space. They are light weight and versatile lending themselves to meet a variety of food prep situations. Love them.
