It's very sharp and can easily peel all kinds of vegetables and fruits. I replaced the one I was using before because it was too old, but it works very well. It's stainless steel so it won't rust. Handle size also perfect for me. I highly recommend

Very good product and a good seller, this product is of good quality and you can feel it once you pick them up. They are polished stainless steel and are very sharp, so be careful how you pick them up and use them.I would highly recommend them.

Love these. I was so sick of those cheap plastic ones where you get one stubborn potato and it breaks the metal insert off. That has happened to me multiple times. Hopefully its not just me. But this product solves that by being all stainless steel so that isn't a problem.They are very sharp (as the side of my forefinger as found out on occasion) and they work really well. Best off all, I could probably put them in the dishwasher in an emergency, I usually just rinse them off in soapy water and let them airdry.
