It doesn’t hydrate you, it’s just a flavoured drink. Ignore electrolyte claims!

This is a flavoured drink.Lucozade, Gatorade etc, they hydrate you and replace salts and everything else you lose in sweat. This a very sweet drink that claims to have very little sugars. I question a lot of the claims.
