I've ordered this over and over and over - we use it daily in yogurt and smoothies. Here's what I like: - A little goes a long way, so it ends up being a great value - It's organic, so it's healthy - It's well sealed so it comes out of the package crisp and yummy! - Coconut is healthy and a great addition to a keto diet - These flakes are a great size: small enough that you can easily mix them, but large enough that you have a great mouth feel Highly recommend :)

Great product double check size before ordering
Medium flakes make sure to double check the size so that you do not order the wrong consistency. Also would advise against ordering other heavy items like cans of say coconut milk because they might crush the flakes.
