These are great fun and value, and even more fun if you buy more than one for the kids to ride together or race. Works best on very smooth surfaces like concrete garage floor.They do have a weakness in the steering mechanism where the knurled (roughened) sections can snap off and then it is no longer possible to ride. I attempted a repair that is working so far: 1) disassemble (use a 14 mm socket (the assembly instructions with ours incorrectly said 17 mm)) 2) break off the remaining knurled pieces 3) get a spring doorstop and cut out from the tapered area the section that is just narrow enough to fit inside the steering tube, and just wide enough to fit over the bolt with the conical end. 4) Put spring section over the co ical bolt with the narrow end of the spring against the cone 5) Reassemble and tighten until the steering “wheel” and front wheels are locked together. If it slips, tighten more. See photos.

I purchased this for my high-energy son, who is 7 years old. He loves to ride it down our slightly sloped driveway and in circles in our garage. It's a fun addition to his fleet of wheels. My daughter, who is 11, also likes to ride it from time to time. This reasonably inexpensive ride-on toy is easy to assemble and takes minimal tools and time. The quality seems great, considering big kids have been riding it.

My wife ran a daycare for 25 years. We purchased a wiggle car from our local fair many many years ago. The kids loved them so much. We purchased quite a few more. My wife no longer runs a daycare, but we have grandchildren and I have purchased a few wiggle cars for them. They love them! They are durable, well built and endure harsh punishment.

I purchased this car to replace an old one that broke after years of being played with in our child care facility. It looked like the same one as our old ones so I thought I was purchasing a good quality car for our facility. I was wrong!! We originally purchased 2. I had to return and replace one within a week because it was faulty and the steering wheel and wheels would not stay in place. About a week later the same thing happened to the second original one we purchased and we returned for refund. Now the third one, which was what replaced the first faulty one, has the same issue and we had to return AGAIN! Do not buy this product. It is not worth the effort for it to not even last a few weeks!!

My two kids (7 and 3) love these. But they're not made of rough surfaces, even asphalt. The steering column loosens and the steering wheel goes out of alignment. They've worked great indoors for 6 months (and a couple of trips outdoors), but I wouldn't expect them to last too long if you have to repeatedly tighten the steering.

Easy to put together. My 4 year old nephew loves riding around on this. It holds my 7 year old as she has one as well . Great indoor and outdoor fun .

Our two yo and five yo each have one and these are the largest ROI toys I have ever purchased. Literally hours of fun. They laugh like lunatics and chase each other. These did no damage to our hardwood despite being ridden daily but maybe be careful if you have a more delicate wood grain or finicky varnish.
