I bought this but didnt attempt to play a record on it until after a few months after. It skips and distorts the sound. Nothing I can do now that warranty has expired. I highly discourage anyone from buying this garbage.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this a little skeptical from the bad reviews, but the sound quality is great, it looks really good, and it doesn’t skip the record like my old suitcase player did. This is a amazing turntable especially for the price!

The media could not be loaded.  If you’re looking for an upgrade from your Crosley suitcase but aren’t quite ready for a whole ass stereo system quite yet, this turntable is for you! Pretty good sound quality from the speakers. I did have an issue with it skipping at first, but when I played a brand new record it didn’t skip once. Make sure you get all of the dust off the vinyl before you play it to avoid skipping. Great value

Purchased because this was recommended by a friend. The player is cute and does a good job of playing records and connecting to blue tooth!

Was excited for this for my wife for Christmas. The Amazon reviews sold me on this as a cute, affordable turntable with good sound and function. What a joke! This thing is crap guys!Big smiles when she opened it. Big disappointment when she put on the first record and it wobbled and skipped like crazy. Her vinyl is all in pristine condition. None of her records skip on other turntables. The turntable is completely off balance and wobbles so bad that the needle jumps around. The arm has no counterweight adjustment so it just bounces around. A small weight "a penny" on the arm fixed the skipping but slowed the record enough for a noticeable pitch shift down so the music sounded slow. I've used this trick many times in the last 40 years, never had such a weak belt motor.The next bad thing is the sound. It sounds terrible. Unbalanced, no low end, just a wall of shrill mid-range. The stock speakers that come with it are just bad. Even for an inexpensive unit, I was surprised how awful the sound was. Not sure what people were going on about in the reviews. It also arrived with a few small blemishes in the finish. Nothing to major, but still.Don't buy this. Spend a little more for something better.

I wanted this stereo to work because I wanted to listen to my old LP's and 45's. It did set up easily and looks decent, but the sound is very tinny and basic, so I had to send this unit back. Maybe it would work well for a youngster just starting out, or for a grand parent who needs something that works simply and easily and doesn't take up a lot of room. I just wanted better sound and quickly realized that I'd have to spend quite a bit more to obtain the better sound. But I'm glad I did upgrade because the difference in sound quality is remarkable compared to this stereo.

I am 84 and remember many record players. This one equals all that I have had. Very happy to listen to the over 100+ albums that I have. Brings back many memories. Unis is compact and easy to set up. Sound is very adequate for single room listening. Overall a very nice unit.

I’ve been listening to it for a today before I did a review. I got in dark brown color. It was easy to set up, not too heavy. The sound is great, better than I expected, the volume goes up high. It’s great for a a small speakers. Listening to my records came in clear. The lid cover is plastic, it doesn’t feel like a cheap plastic from a no name company. The lid is not heavy, you can close while listening to your vinyl records. The model built is good. You can hook up to other speakers. The auto stop, works when record is done. It as a red on light. The record player don’t take up a whole lot of space. I did see the Bluetooth on my phone when turned to BT. Haven’t listened to the Bluetooth. I’m very happy with my buy, an upgrade from my 2004 record player. It does have a cap to listen to your 45. Here’s a tip. If you’re hearing pop and cracking, while listening to your record player. It means your vinyl as dirt and dust on it. So clean it before playing it. If you clean it and still have pop and cracking sound, then your vinyl is damaged from scratches on it, or the grooves of the record is Damage.

No troubles so far, clear and nice sound. Could be a bit louder, but for ambiant music, or when there's guest it's more than enough. The only thing is that the turning plate kind of waves around when turning (like a merry-go-round). It doesn't skip or anything though, but we'll see in the future after more usage. Speaker cables are not very long (approximately 2 feet).
