Q: How is it at detecting objects at the bumper corners. I assume it works great directly behind license plate, but what about at my corners?

I have this installed on my front plate I have a back up camera but no parking sensors. It seems to have a wide angle view as it were, also the sensors themselves are adjustable up and down not sure about side to side. I would say that the FenSens could indeed detect objects at the corner(s) of your car.

Q: My 2006 honda crv has the license plate to the side ( not in the center of the back of the car) will this still work as intended?

Yes and no. It will work for you if you're using to detect a vehicle in front of your or a wall, but you will have a blind spot on the far side where the device is not placed, as such you could miss a pole or another object that's on that side of the vehicle. It depends on how you would like to use it, but it's definitely better when placed in the center.

Q: I want this in my dumptrailer, the license plat is low on drivers side, will it work as good ?

If your phone can pick up the sensor via Bluetooth, then it will work. If the sensor is mounted low and to the driver's side, know that you may not detect objects near the passenger side. Suggest you mount it centered.
