KWANWA Cordless Digital Alarm Clock,Battery Operated Only,For Bedrooms

Exactly what I wanted. Small uni, self powered (batteries, not USB connection) easy to see numerals with three different brightness settings and no gimmicks. Alarm feature if you need it.

BRILLIANT, my wife and I are in our late 70's and our old clocks were just not visible even though they are backlit you have to press the top to view time ~ and that wakes you up.This has 3 settings for brightness we have it set on the MID setting, during the cday you can't see the display by night it's clearly visible without being too bright. Excellent lighting feature, it won't win any design awards it's a black plastic brick but it does the job we wanted it for brilliantly.

Quite dim, even on highest setting, but perfectly readable in my low light work conditions.Perfect size for corner of desk.Not small but not too big either.Nice size and keeping perfect time.Happy with it.

Very pleased with this clock. Nice and neat. Does the job great. I like the green display, it's a nice gentle brilliance whichever brightness you choose. First time I've bought a battery operated alarm clock and I like you can move it around without faffing with a cable!

When my silent no tick analog bedside clock finally packed in I was at a loss to find a suitable replacement. I mainly wanted it to see what time it was during the night on occasion but didn’t want to venture out of the duvet to press the illumination button , nor did I want to have to plug it into a socket or USB to recharge. I eventually came across this permanently lit ,battery operated digital masterpiece of a clock with numerals so big that I have now re located it to the other side of the room without the need to even raise my head off the pillow.The illuminated numerals come in three different colour formats Red, Green or White . I chose the green one as it seemed the most restful. There are three different brightness setting LOW , MEDIUM or HIGH which in the interest of battery conservation and solely nighttime use ,I set to LOW. On the low setting it isn’t particularly visible in a bright room but for my use ideal in the bedroom. The clock itself can be set to either 12 or 24 hour format and has an alarm feature which because I have chosen an out of reach location in the room will not be used and since in any event setting the alarm on the phone would be my preferred choice these days.There is also a keyhole slot on the back should you wish to wall mount it. All in all a thoroughly decent clock highly recommended.

It seems some people think too bright, some too dim, and so it’s difficult to assess how and when it’s being viewed to decide which is correct. My own experience is in using only at night as a bedside light its settings are mega-bright, very bright, or bright. At night the word dim cannot be used even on the lowest setting - it’s just bright. After 2 months it keeps great time accuracy and is the right size to be unobtrusive. But it’s bright!

This is a brilliant clock! Because it’s battery operated, there are no problems with wires or plug sockets. It is also very easy to see the time (even without my glasses on!)Not too bright that it lights up the bedroom at night either. Great value too!

Nice looking will not be out of place anywhere unless you have a theme your particular about.Black surround and Dark Blue display good together as numbers are easy to read without surround distracting your eyes if you no what i mean. Good size display. Buttons at back have duel functions so do read the minimal instructions. Only thing i'd like is an Alarm switch for on and off on top.Don't know why but sometimes simple is best. Really like to give it 4.5 stars.Also really too heavy as a travel clock, with batteries, but you might take it just because it's a nice clock.Would have no hesitation in recommending it for the home. Clean lines means it would look good on any cabinet or shelf. No lead to power it but no lead to get in the way so can transfer it to another room easily without worrying about plug socket locations. I would buy another.

Good display, any one can buy without thinking.Delivery it will take almost one month but still you can wait for this product.

El unico detalle es que el brillo nocturno no se puede ajustar, no obstante funciona bien.

The time is easy to read at night without lighting up the room or being intrusive. Love the it uses LEDs for the display rather than backlighting so that you don't have to press a button to see the time even without glasses. The smaller size doesn't take up too much room on the bedside cabinet. Battery lasts really well.

Ben tevreden met deze wekker. Slechts één minpuntje : zelfs in de minst heldere stand (van drie keuzemogelijkheden) is de lichtsterkte te hoog. Ik heb twee stroken blauwe folie op maat geknipt en over het scherm gekleefd. Nu is de lichtsterkte precies goed.
