I ordered this ceiling light a few months ago. One of the shades broke. I contacted Amazon who imediately issued me a refund. I really needed the shade replaced but, was told that I could not order just 1 shade, which appears to have been a complete misunderstanding. I decided to try again to reach out to the store and received imediate response. The tore staff was very polite and offered to fix the problem. I am so glade I decided to try again. I am very pleased with this response and I love my rustic style ceiling light. It is beautiful and I have received many positive comments from my house guest. We were looking for not a vertical long lamp, and this is perfect. Illuminates well. The central valve should be more powerful than the rest or valves to bright even, as the container glass is thicker. We love it. Installed by a pro without problem.

The fixture is contemporary/modern, there is nothing rustic about it despite the title, however style is in the eye of the beholder. I gave it a 4 star rating for technical reasons, not form or function. The fixture is relatively easy to install despite the lack of relevant instructions. If you like the style I would recommend the fixture with a couple of comments.Light fixture: Good quality materials, metal housing, with 5 tulip shaped white glass globes and a round center globe of white glass. The fixture wiring is two wire without any dedicated grounding provisions other than through the attaching hardware and if connected as described under Installation hardware below is adequate. The fixture is basically designed for European bulbs, with an E27 center bulb base, however, E26 American standard bulbs will fit. The other 5 have E14 European candelabra bases and will not take American standard E12 base candelabra bulbs. This was not mentioned in the description, in fact it stated that all bulbs were E27, but the manufacturer has agreed to correct that description. The E14 base bulbs are available on Amazon.Installation hardware: A package of screws that matches the instructions, but is not applicable to a standard US ceiling installation, and a US style support bracket. No wire nuts. The supplied bracket did not provide a dedicated grounding screw for the house ground wire, however, that shortcoming can be overcome by attaching the house ground wire to the attach bracket via one of the supporting screws, hence the 4 star rating. If you have an older house without a ground wire you can ignore this comment.Packaging: Well packaged with no damage to the box or the contents, however 2 attachment screws were loose in the box rather than in place.Installation instructions: Poor, a single sheet of paper showing installation unrelated to the United States.Delivery time: Ordered 16 Oct, delivered 5 Nov, 1 day earlier than Amazon’s estimate, but it was shipped direct from the manufacturer in China, so that is very good.Response time: When I questioned the manufacturer through Amazon as it was not obvious as to the correct bulb size and they responded in about 1 hour, amazing!Overall, an attractive light fixture.

This is a very artistic and lovely light fixture. We bought 3 of them, using 2 in our entry way and one in the master bedroom. We bought dimmable light bulbs which create a very warm environment. When we first received the lights there were some broken globes. The team at Lovejoypeach sent replacements right away. These lights have enhanced our entry way and our bedroom.

Before you buy this product "caveat emptor" and read the well-written review by "4-star Phil" (thanks, Phil!).Pros: looks nice and the LED bulbs should save us energy.Cons: 1. There are no relevant instructions for installation included. 2. There is no grounding wire included (fortunately we saved/reused the one from the old light).3. Only 2 flimsy screws included which leaves slight gaps between the base and the ceiling. 4. Bulbs to buy: E26 American standard bulbs (for the round, center globe light. And E12 available on Amazon (but they only come in 4 packs, so you have to buy 2 packs). 5. Slight "burnt" discoloring on one of the tulip bulbs. We'd return it, but installing light is such a hassle, we'll put up with it.The style really is cool, but here's hoping the light doesn't come crashing down in the night!

This product is very poorly made and comes with no useable installation instructions. The one page, single diagram "installation manual" shows a plate that is different than the plate included with the light AND doesn't even show the three nuts that are central to how well seated the light fixture is. After hours and hours of attempting to install this and have it be secure and straight, I screwed in lightbulbs to find that one will not stay lit. When I attempted to deal with the issue, the plastic screw that holds the glass shade in place became stuck at the end of light socket, and the light socket is dangling from fixture. I can't remove the glass to try to get the socket reassembled, and it seems impossible to attempt to get it back together with the glass in the way.

I love this light fixture. When we received the light the center shade was cracked. I contacted the company Lovejoypeach and they responded immediately. They sent me out another globe and I am delighted. I will definitely will buy from them again. I highly recommend the fixture and the company's service. !! Thank You
