best hose ever
This hose is super lightweight, kink free, and durable. The hose fits on my hose reel with room to spare; very easy to roll up, and doesn't twist and become a nightmare like rubber hoses. I have purchased 2 over time with this 50' hose on a reel in my front yard, and my other is a 25' hose (no reel) in my backyard - exposed to sun, landscapers, etc. and has not shown any signs of deterioration or slicing from trimming equipment...and it does not get hot to the touch from the FL sun. I even use these for my 2000 psi pressure washer without any issues. Highly recommend.

Very Cool Garden Hose - Perfect for My Use
I received two of these hoses the day after ordering them. Fantastic! I wanted light weight, 25-ft hoses for my patio to quickly and easily water potted plants, without having to unroll, unkink, drag around, and roll back up heavy 50-ft rubber garden hoses. These seem to fit the bill. They are light weight and slinky. I’ve only had them for two days, but I really like them so far. I especially like how they don’t kink and can be easily looped to hang directly from the faucet. No need for separate hose storage. It’s too soon to know if/how long they’ll stand up to the elements, but I’m impressed so far and thinking of ordering a couple more for other outdoor areas. I’ll wait a while to be sure they are truly indestructible as described though.

Best hose ever
Best hose I ever used. It was able to withstand the high pressure we have in our area while other hoses ripped. This also included the industrial hose I bought which lasted until it became weak. But it was very heavy and cumbersome to roll up. This hose is awesome! This is my third one over a number of years. It's light, strong, does not get crazy hot in the sun, has not rusted, and easy to put away in a small roll when you empty the water from the hose. It's so easy, even my wife puts away the hose after use! I couldn't ask for anything more except maybe a 75' hose.

Do not buy
I bought the hose to use it in my back yard. My sister got me a regular one that I ended using until December of 2022. In December I installed the "forever steel hose". It looked good, felt good, I was very happy. After a week of use the connection failed started liking. I forgot closing the faucet and when I came back at night from work the yard was all wet. The connection between the hose and the connector broke. The water bill went through the roof. I bought another one in 2021 that I had kept on reserve, new. I connected it to replace the one that broke but that one was worse at the second day of use started licking because the connection between the hose and the connector broke. The body of the hose is great but if the connection between the hose and connector breaks, the hose is useless. When it happened with one, I blamed myself for leaving the faucet open but when the second failed, the problem is with manufacturing. Do not buy it.

Not all-purpose, but great in ts way.
This is an excellent hose: it is light and remarkably flexible, and it does not kink, not at all, ever. But it is not an ALL-PURPOSE hose. If you need a large volume of water to squirt a long way or to drive a sprinkler, this hose will not work for you: the I.D. is too small. For this, you'll have to put up with the kinking of the large-but-flabby sorts. If however you want to be able to water and fill this or that, and drag the hose here and there without all that infuriating kinking, this is your rig. A note on the fittings. They are a bit small and smooth, so that it is hard to get them tight enough by hand. Just get out your slip-joints, give them an extra tweak, and they don't leak at all. I can't comment on durability/longevity, since we just got the thing, but we love it so far, since its limitations are of no consequence for us as we use it. Plus it's a new and shiny object, VERY shiny in fact.

So light and easy to manage
I started using this sort of hose last year and was so impressed, I bought two more this season. Although these aren't the same brand they are the same type and I like them even better than the other brand with the green collar. The hoses are very light weight and easy to handle compared to regular type that seems to have a mind of its own. I've attached two 50' hoses together to get the 100' I need so if something happens to one hose, I'm not out the whole thing. So far, so good. No problems. I water my veggie garden and can pull the length of hose back to the spigot easily when I'm done and leave it in a heap for next use without having to carefully recoil it. It takes up little space and because it's brightly obvious, I don't worry about mistakenly running over it with the lawnmower--in spite of its durability, I can't imagine it would survive that. The only negative is that because of the smaller circumference, it delivers slightly less water pressure than the one I used to use, so I'm trying different nozzles to get the best effect. The hose I bought last year even came with its own nozzle to eliminate that issue, but I like one with different spray patterns so replaced it and just deal with the fact that the 'jet' setting isn't as strong. Since that hose did fine over the winter and is leak free for the second year, I was pleased to try more for this back garden where the bright shiny look isn't a problem and it's easy to handle. The muted green hose I'd been using got moved to the front spigot where it is invisible against the hedges and a better choice for the 'curb' view.
