US Version not compatible for use in the Uk
Bought this. Was so excited cause i thought i got a fantastic deal.. first the courier left my order outside my door i didn’t realise it was delivered. I only noticed when someone was acting suspicious around my front door and opened to door to see that tgey were trying to pick up my parcel. On opening it, the plug was obviously a US plug so i bought a Us to uk adapter to use it. On plugging it in, the tripped off all the electronics and lights in my house. I was then told i need to buy a step down adapter to use with it to bring down the voltage from 240V to the uk’s 120V or the other was a around i didnt really understand properly anyways i didn’t think i was worth spending another £70 to buy a step down adapter so i have packed it back up and sending it back for a refund. Not worth the hassle at all.

It’s an eu plug
Item was delivered on time but it’s supplies with an eu plug not a British plug !

Terrible!
The plug is the wrong socket for UK and even with an adapter it doesn’t work on UK electrics - it blew up and never got used!!!

Product not compatible with UK mains
US mains cable and noted to run at 110v not 220v as per UK supply. This can run in UK with a stepdown transformer but the combined price really begs the question of why not just get the UK intended version. Disappointed this is even sold into a market when any attempt to use it would likely invalidate it's warranty or almost certainly damage the product if using a standard cheap adapter. Sending back for a refund. Would suggest this is clearly marked up on the product page in future.

This product is a 110volt which is for the USAmarket not the European market. Total waste of time and money.Do not buy
