I give this a four because I haven't noticed any changes. It hasn't made anything worse but I also don't feel like it has made anything better. My energy level is the same. It does have a little smell to it, but does not upset my stomach or taste weird.

I love these. They give me so much energy. I was taking Vital Proteins beef liver for awhile but they do not work as well. I'm vegetarian but I am ok adding these since they keep my b12 levels up. I sometimes break it up by taking 3 capsules in morning and 3 for an afternoon pick me up.

Copper is vital for our bodies and liver is one of the best ways to get it! I travel a lot so this is the perfect way to take it when I’m on the road. I do notice a bit of a spike in energy after taking them so be careful taking them late at night! But excellent in the morning and throughout the day!
