I've been using the DNA Motoring TOOLS-00234 Low Profile Ground Lifter for a while, and overall it was a very sturdy and reliable tool for the price. What immediately caught my eye was the flat design. The minimum height of 5.1 inches makes it easy to slide under most limousines and short-haul vehicles without ramps, which is a big advantage for home use. Once released, it gently lifts to about 13 inches, which is enough for tire rotation, braking, and basic maintenance. In terms of performance, a capacity of 2 tons (4,000 pounds) is sufficient for a standard passenger car. The pumping is quite gentle and lifts the vehicle at a reasonable speed. It's not the fastest jack in the "quick lifting" style, but it's not stuffy at all. If you do DIY work in the garage or in the entrance area, the work will continue without any problems. The build quality you can expect in this price range is a durable steel construction, moderate stability and functional steering wheels that facilitate positioning on smooth concrete. It doesn't feel like a professional shop cat, but when you use it properly, you won't feel anxious. One thing I recommend is to pay attention to the down valve. Like many inexpensive ground cats, emissions can be sensitive, so you need to slow down so you don't drop the car too quickly. Once you get used to it, it becomes predictable and easy to handle. It's convenient to store and compact enough to store in the corner of the garage or trunk, so it doesn't take up much space. Overall, this product is a great bottom cat on the ground to mid stage for anyone who takes care of their own home. This product is not intended for heavy commercial use, but it provides excellent cost efficiency and reliability for everyday DIY work in the car. I definitely recommend it as an essential element of an economical garage.

I am a mobile mechanic and these are cheap, well put together, DURABLE, and needed. The durability is amazing and it’s lightweight, I’m able to use these on various different vehicles it is versatile and safe!

First, let me say that for the price, you will not find a better floor jack, but that comes with a couple of tradeoffs that I was not aware of and should have read the comments before purchasing. For me, there are 2 issues to be aware of before you order one. First, the jack handle is SHORT. I expected a handle a few feet in length, but this one is 16.5 inches. It requires quite a bit of force to lift, so it is not for everyone! Second, the release screw is turned by the end of the handle and lets the jack down FAST. There is no simple way to slowly and gently lower the jack while it is under pressure. It will just DROP the car to the ground. This is not terrible if you expect it, but if you need to lower something slowly (like a rim without a tire on it) then do not get this lift. If you can live with these two issues, then get this jack! It worked really well on our Tahoe for me to change out brakes and rotors! The jack itself is light weight and easy to move around. The casters roll easy and are solid. (Do not rely on a jack to keep your vehicle lifted! ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS use jack stands! The Amazon Basics 3 ton stands are just as good as the Craftsman ones I have that cost 3x more.)

This DNA Motoring low profile hydraulic trolley jack has been great for basic car maintenance at home. I mainly use it for simple oil changes, and it makes lifting the car much easier without having to fight with a difficult or awkward jack. It feels stable and safe while using it, which gives me more confidence when working on my car. The low profile design is also helpful because it can get under the vehicle easily and lifts smoothly without a lot of effort. For the price, this is one of the best bangs for the buck I’ve found on Amazon. It does exactly what I need for home garage use and makes oil changes much more convenient. Great value overall.

I bought this several months ago replacing my old worn out jack, thinking I was getting another long term placement. Welp, I went to replace my 2004 honda civic front brake pads. It started off as you would expect. I get it raised, get the first tire off and as Im about to take the caliper off. I hear the hydraulic system fail and my car lowers to the ground.. After examining and trying to adjust it. The jack will no longer lift and was stuck under my car. Luckily I had a buddy close by I was able to use his to get it unstuck and finish the brakes. On the bright side, at least I was home and had help to clean up the situation. It could have been much worse if had gotten a random flat tire and desperately need this to work. Conclusion: I cant recommend it. While the traveling case and easy of use was appealing. The fact this immediately failed, not even 5 minutes of use. Don't be in a situation where you need a jack and be stuck with this product. Wish I could return it and at least get my money back, but unfortunately my purchase was too long ago.

Jack just feels cheap. After lifting my Tesla model Y up, it didn’t go high enough for both wheels to be lifted off the ground. It almost punctured through my Tesla puck and the wheels on the jack almost broke. They were literally sinking into my black pavement when using on a hot sunny day. The release valve can also drop the car very suddenly so be careful. Wouldn’t recommend. Was very sketched out using this product, but then again it’s the price you pay and my car is way heavier than most so you might be ok.
