I'm a professional pet groomer and groom a lot of big dogs. This table goes so low that even my most nervous Newfoundland will step right onto it! It's sturdy and the outlets are a nice touch. It came with a remote control since the pedals are only on one side. However, it wouldn't work. Would have been nice but not a deal breaker. I didn't love the overhead grooming arms that came with it but I just substituted with one I already had. Would definitely recommend for grooming pros!!

2023 12 15 / We bought this in October 2022 and it completely stop working, reach out to Amazon automated system says that it is out of warranty ! that was an expensive table for our business.Will try to reach out to amazon and update this review for the following updates !2023 12 19 / Update, Amazon wont help me with the warranty and gave me the phone number to reach out.The phone accept only txt message for some reason, went on the vendor webpage left a a support message and nothing yet ????That was an expensive table for 1 year.2023 / 12/ 21 vendor reach out and will ship a new motor ! will update soon ! :)

It was great until it wasn’t. Just stopped. Bought it in August 2023. Not a super busy shop. Average use and last week my table will not lift anymore. Now I have to buy another table!! So frustrating!!

Ad states rated for 440 pounds. The metal frame on the table broke with a 70 pound dog on the table. Thank goodness the dog and our employee were not injured. Avoid, poorly constructed table. Returning the table for warranty has been a total disaster.

The table has been overall great. It just unfortunately broke after approximately 5 months around the side screw part from the table to the arm. It was too late for Amazon to do anything. However I reached out directly to the manufacturer and immediately got a response within the day and they passed it along to the production line and sent me a new one since it wasn't a specific part it was part of the table itself that broke. I actually have another of the same table for a groomer. The one that broke initially was the drying table. So far they actually hold up really well. We do a majority of large dogs at our salon! I really love the fact that these tables go all the way to the ground and have the side plugs. My best thing to say is the customer service!! They have been nothing but helpful and kind and continue to check on things after receiving the replacement table!!

The media could not be loaded. The hydronic lift doesn't work at all.....all the lights are on and shows that it should be working but it doesnt go up at all.....I still want the table but one that works. Aka is there anyways u can send me another one so i can return this one in that box? Please contact me to replace this one or replace broken part. I would totally give 5 stars if it actually worked. Looks like it would be a decent table other wise.
