Plastic, NOT silicone.
I didn’t like it that they were listed as silicone when in fact, they’re plastic. I ended up cutting one tube in half. I put cleansing wipes in the front half. Then I eased the half I cut off onto the front half. I was at the Balloon Fiesta and they had porta potties. I wasn’t sure of what they’d have set up for washing hands and that’s why I came up with this creation. As I think back, a small package of wipes would have been so much easier.
