When I first got this massage it was great works very well just what I needed unfortunately yesterday I was using it and there was a sudden pop noise and an awful smell obviously something has broken it the smell was quite pungent so I am scared now to use it again shame as it was going so well.

I tried returning it but they said no I will never use it cos so uncomfortable to use and the rotation is messed up also it is not a uk plug. You can buy the same thing for 17.99 from TikTok I thought this would be better quality but it’s really not. So dissatisfied and I hope no one else buys it thinking it’s better beacuse it’s more expensive it really doesn’t make a difference.

Just adds more pain

I’ve been hunting for what seems like forever for a back massager that would get in between my shoulder blades to help relieve my neck pain and finally I found something that works fantastic massages right in there has eight balls that rotate and then switches. Great product I love it

Desde que inició la pandemia he tenido contracturas recurrentes que me pellizcan nervios y causan dolor por el estrés y el espacio con el que cuento para trabajar desde casa.Llevo varias semanas usando este producto 1-2 veces por semana y con eso he logrado reducir las contracturas en espalda alta, hombros y cuello. En mi opinión, vale mucho la pena pues me costó lo que 2 sesiones de terapia física, que no dan una solución permanente.Ojo que el masaje es duro, no necesariamente es placentero pero sí es efectivo.

Piacevole e comodo per le sue dimensioni

Me lo puse en zona cervicales 6 minutos y acabe con una contractura que tuvo que quitar fisio. Estos aparatos tienen un riesgo alto, las bolas son muy duras...como un fisio cuando aprieta con sus manos, la diferencia es que el fisio sabe donde pone las manos y este aparato te lo pones tu. Las manos del fisio notan donde tienen que apretar, este aparato tiene dos 4 bolas durisimas. Por mi experiencia no lo aconsejo

UPDATE 2:I use this every day for hours at a time so I think the durability is fine, I just use it a LOT because it helps my pain so much and I’m afraid to get a massage from a human due to the pandemic and me being high risk. The new one they sent started to come apart at the seam after a LOT of use and one of the balls stopped heating so they sent me a brand new unit AGAIN AND a spare cover. I am so happy with the customer service with this company. I have sent links to several friends. Thanks so much Zyllion for standing by your products. That isn’t always the case with Amazon sellers.UPDATE:One of the balls stopped heating and started squeaking and they sent me a brand new massager. I could not be happier with the customer service!!!!!I bought this during the pandemic because I have a lot of pain and restless legs syndrome. It helped with both. I can't get massages now due to the pandemic so I bought this. Even when I can get massages again I will continue to use this because my massages help but I need relief all the time, not just when on the massage table. This provides that. It helps with my restless legs as well. The cover started to come apart at the seams and I called the company and they sent me a new one. The customer service was amazing and important to consider when buying from Amazon. The balls are hard and hurt if you put too much pressure on them but they are also what makes this thing work well with the hard knots. You have to adjust yourself accordingly. They have many different shapes and versions of this product so it would probably be better if I used different ones on different parts of the body to avoid that problem. I could use the strap version and hold it around my back instead of putting my full weight on this one lying down and causing the balls to dig in too deep. This helps so many parts of my body. I just have to be smart about where and how I use it.
