Terrible- natural? More like fake syrup!
I would give zero stars if I could. I bought this because it says it was natural, but it tastes exactly like fake strawberry syrup for ice cream. It had a very fake taste, not strawberry, and had a bad aftertaste that hung around. It was super expensive given how bad it was. I actually threw it away since it is not returnable.

BItter awful no strawberry!
Tried to make ice cream with it. Awful flavor not strawberry at all, must be the alcohol. Half the bottle to try to get flavor for 2 cups base liquid and it only would taste worse the more i added. I dont know what it would be like baked, but for ice cream this is just awful and no strawberry. Wasted my money and my time. Wanted to make sugerless strawberry ice cream. Ruined it.
