Best roller for along the spine…
There is no comparison to this one. It hits the lumbar and rhomboids nicely without feeling like your spine will break lol. This is much better than another one I got that’s bigger (see picture). You can also hit your neck area which the other bigger one could not do very well. The Firmness is spot on and you can lay on it after rolling and decompress your spine and get instant pain relief.

Started to fall apart after a year
Only have had the roller for a little over a year and I’m finding blue dots everywhere. Too expensive to fall apart so soon.
