KENSONE 40" Mini Spring Trampoline Rebounder for Adults, Small Fitness Trampoline for Indoor Exercise, Max Load 330 LBS

My 3 year old active son and I both use this trampoline a lot. For rainy days it's perfect to burn off energy. We've found youtube kids trampoline workouts to follow along. I use for extra fitness and lymphatic health. Great value for the $. I put it together myself and I am NOT handy. Very easy.

Used by kids and adults. Great materials, and a bit larger than the kiddie size. Very easy to assemble. Light enough to move around the house as needed.

I bought this trampoline for my son who does this exercise for at least 15 minutes most days. We had many trampolines in the past but the last one was totally ruined and we needed a new one. After, researching on Amazon, I decided on this one because I wanted to try the spring trampoline as it did look sturdier.We had the trampoline for about 5 months and during that time the covers ripped and become unusable, the springs breaks, the padding ripped. The trampoline became unusable. I was disappointed because I paid more for this trampoline than I did in the past and gotten more than twice the worth. I contacted Amazon but the return time has already lapsed and they could not help me. I researched the seller and send them an email. The company responded and send me a brand new upgraded version of the trampoline. It was easy to setup and bouncing was smoother. It seems better for the knees. It was a little higher than the other trampolines and look stronger than the first one. However, I do not know if this trampoline will stand the test of time. However, the customer is definitely a 5 star for me.

I had an issue with one of the springs on my trampoline breaking. I reached out to customer service with a picture of the broken piece. They bot back to me almost immediately. After a couple of expedient changes, they were all set to ship me a replacement trampoline at no cost. The whole thing was completed by the end of the evening and I had my new trampoline by the end of the week. They allowed me to keep the old trampoline for replacement parts if ever I need them. I so appreciate the quick response so I could get back to working out. I really love this rebounder!

The media could not be loaded. They sent me a trampoline that cannot unfold. One side is designed incorrectly (first photo). It should look like the second photo where it can extend out, but instead it is fused and will not push forward to unfold the trampoline. I thought the issue with unfolding was my lack of strength for the longest time, until I inspected the trampoline further (unfortunately past the return window). I’m very upset that I wasted my money on a product that will never work.

Springs and mat were torn in 5 weeks. However they responded quickly and they reimbursed the entire amount.

Love love love that I didn't spend aching time putting this together. So easy to set up and voila ready in mins to jump! I use this inbetween long periods of sitting time for circulation.

So far, happy with the trampoline but just starting to use it.5 stars is for the customer service. One of the legs did not thread onto the base and they were quick to respond and expedited a shipment to me to resolve the issue. Thank you!
