Not simple to use and no power supply included.
I was looking for a simple security phone dialer, this is a advanced dialer. IT NEED A POWER SUPPLY THAT IS NOT INCLUDED. It is like a Smart Phone, to Smart for me, I had to get help. A lot of features.

Ordered by mistake
Ordered by mistake, but tried. The instructions were printed so small very hard to read and complicated. Never could get it to work. Dialer had very small connections. Sent the unit back after much frustration. Would not put this on an alarm system. Going to order the better made dialer that i intended to order in the first place.
