This product is a big improvement for anyone looking to replace the earpads on their Jabra. I can't tell a difference in functionality, and they are very comfortable AND my ears don't get as hot quickly after replacing them. The pads replace the entire plastic saddle, so there's no struggling with peeling off and re-stretching the replacement covers. Snap off the old ones and snap on the new ones (make to put the L and R pads on the correct side. The plastic saddles have the matching notch as the headset to they snap on right-side up. Will buy again 100%

Easy to put on and fits well. I wear my headset about 6 hours a day for work, and this is the second pair I have bought. First set lasted about 2 years, so pretty good considering how much I wear them.

The earpads on my Jabra Evolve2 65 headset abruptly disintegrated - which seems to be the fate of most headset earpads after a few years of regular use. This replacement pair were easy to install and we have no complaints. The "L" and "R" designations in the perforations were helpful for the installation.

I purchased my Jabra headset Spring 2020 and even with daily weekday use they are still going strong. Over the past year I noticed the ear cushions started to disintegrate due to wear and tear. Before going directly to Jabra I checked Amazon and was pleasantly surprised to find these. They arrived in 2 days via prime delivery. I wasn’t expecting to have to tear off the existing foam under the cushions so I was a little hesitant but low and behold I followed the directions and these snapped right on! These look like they will hold up better than the originals also. Not sure how long my 5 year old headset will keep going but for now it is as good if not better than new!
