I was impressed with the quality of the banner as it’s made from felt, not paper. It’s very sturdy and of good quality. This was a great addition to my daughter’s YouTube themed birthday.

Felt material.
I’ve never seen a cake topper made of felt material. It’s good for the birthday sign because it stays durable and reusable. I just didn’t like the topper being made out of the material. But just my opinion. It’s still a great value.

Came in a small vacuum sealed bag. Scared me at first because I thought it was super small. Then I opened and it is as described. The pics they provided makes it look a lot bigger but it’s standard size.Birthday sign is felt material which is different but nice. Comes with the balloons and ribbons and the cake topper.
