how do you change the resistance?

Hi! The resistance is based on your body weight, so the resistance can be custom-adjusted by simply changing the position of your body until the desired resistance is reached. Hope that helps out!

I am concerned about a place to attach and set up the system. I live in a hotel room or man camp most of the time to due to work. Will there be a way for me to set this up?

You can hook the Gravocore to any raised anchor point, for most users this involves placing the Gravocore anchoring device over a door in your house or hotel, then closing the door to secure the anchor point.
