This bone builder only has 8.25 mcg or 330 IU of Vitamin D. Some people don't want a super high dose because they drink plenty of milk or are outside a lot and do not want Vitamin D toxicity. This supplement also has a good mixture of other vitamins such as K2 [needed for absorption] and minerals, including trace minerals you might be deficient in. It also includes some herbal extracts like turmeric, green tea, and lycopenes that are beneficial for your health. As its name says, it really promotes bone health, for maintaining strong bones. It covers those several elements supporting bone health, calcium, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2. It is non-GMO, with a good supply of three months, by taking one capsule every day. It doesn’t have odd taste, and easy to swallow. It is a great supplement for me.

Kind of a mixed bag, some decent dosages, even optimal. Supplements are in form to be better absorbed. The ISO 17025 is a designation of a lab how they do testing. They do not list it as Certified, so they may be in partial compliance, but It's possible they meant the listing to mean certified. A lot of different substances, I wonder how well they work together. I didn't get any upset or strange reaction from these. With some of the higher potency Vitamins and such, be careful not to double up with other supplements. B12 is a fairly large dose, but B1 is low, and Vitamin C is fair. Read list before using specific or multivitamins, especially any oil soluble ones like Vitamin A or D. A mild recommend.

A somewhat good vitamins and mineral complex but maybe way too much B12 complex see the label at 2000% and 50 mcg. I only use this every other day at most and didn't have any ill side effect of vitamin B12 but can happen for some people if taken on a daily basis. Otherwise it a good supplements for the over 60 plus crowd but I don't care for the overdose of vitamin B12 which is beneficial in dose of 3 mcg or so. That's the reason for the 3 stars review.

I've alternated mineral pills now a fair bit, but try hard now at "mid-life" to pay special attention to calcium, Vitamin D, and magnesium. I've had good results with these and recommend them. No negative side impact with my use and for that, I do recommend them.
