A basic balancing act for runners is ensuring a handy source of hydration while avoiding too much bulk/weight. I find this flask is able to provide both for short runs in warmer conditions, longer runs in colder weather, or longer runs interspersed with watering stations. It’s small enough to fit into a pocket without bouncing around, its flexibility means it disappears as you consume the water, and its dispensing spout is very practical to use while running, managing to keep a tight seal without the need for twisting locks or the like.

I’m always on the run and have needed medications that I have to take at different times. Not always a water fountain handy and this works great! Was just in Utah and helped with hydration in their dry climate! Top quality and easy to use and keep clean. By all means, get this! And when empty, it’ll glide through TSA at the airport. Fill it on the other side in one of those fancy water refills!

I bought this because I run fitness races (Deka/Hyrox) and my mouth gets incredibly dry, but I do not want to stop. I can keep this in the pocket of my shorts and pull it out for a sip - just enough to keep the dry mouth away. I have also frozen it to put in my sports bra on very hot short runs and it worked great. The small size is not ideal for everything, but it is perfect for what I need.

You have to use pretty loose fluid in here for this to work because the valve is very constructive. I actually ended up just putting my gel into my water bottle and bypass the whole flask idea. I’m going to drink both anyway, so might as well put them both into your bottle.

Wanted to like it for my short runs, but it kept on leaking; dunno if it was from a bad batch…

My summer running group requires that we carry water in our runs, something I really don’t prefer, so I wanted the smallest, easiest to carry water bottle I could find. The Fitly 5 oz bottle did the trick….and maybe I’ll learn to carry water now on my runs.

I’ve been using my original one for a few years now and it still doesn’t leak or taste bad. I keep it clean and fresh. My son uses my original one and now I have a new one that fits into my utility belt where a cell phone would for long walks. I have the next size up that goes in the main bag for longer walks and to add weight. My original review: I have always loved collapsible water bottles. They’re lightweight and easy to store. This one is the perfect size to slip in your purse for a quick trip out. It would fit into someone’s cargo pocket if they wore those sorts of things. Great if you’re a parent and need to bring something along. I’m glad they added black as a color option.

Después de probar varias marcas y precios, entre ellas las de decathlon, os puedo asegurar que esta pequeña y flexible botellita es cómoda de llevar en bolsillos de mallas o mochilas de Trail. Lo mejor de todo es que el agua NI SABE a plástico, como si me pasaba con las anteriores compradas. Muy recomendable. También he vomitado la de 500 ml.

Tar inte mycket plats, läcker aldrig och försvinner nästan när man tömt den 🙂 Får plats i mitt löparbälte utan problem och är lätt använda.
