Easy install good instructions highly recommend this product

1. Easy to install. Great instruction manual for the "want to do it themselves" people!! (Been working with alarm systems for 11 years,) 2. The disarm function keeps failing. Wont unlock doors or disarm. Had to reset system 5 times now. Ended up unhooked the system. 3. Remote start works ok. But sometimes will cycle through ignition and still not start (has perfect neutral switch connection and armed system). Literally with nothing changed after few tries it will fire up the engine.

Decent quality. The only problem I have is that the adhesive for the antenna doesn’t hold well even though the area it is installed was cleaned throughly with an alcohol prep pad.

This remote start alarm is a very good investment after you finally install it. Takes professional installation to work correctly. Also in my case one of the two remotes is not working. Will try to contact manufacturer or seller for help.

This wonderful pos left my customer stranded, unit stop responding to key fobs, would not let the customer start their car, remote start stop working after 2 months, lights no longer flash. This item should be band form being sold. This creates a very big safety concerns

Not compatible with all vehicles. And I need to spend additional money for a bypass module if this had to be fitted

the complete manual - user guide is in chinese -- what the !! ? Professional installer suggested !! maybe because the manual is in real chinese characters...... real funny that the manual says USERS MANUAL in english but everything else is in chinese.... gonna have to ask a favour from my Chinese neighbours..please translate.. update -- found the manual in english -- under Carvoxx alarms manual search

Unfortunately the disabler line did not work.

The alarm itself looked like the original and packaging was good. Upon opening it we found there was no English manual. Twice we contacted the company as directed by Amazon staff and they sent one page photocopied. The second time they sent 20 pages of the manual, again photocopied but not clear enough to print in order for a mechanic to use to do the installation. Therefore, we had to send it back. I believe it may have been a good product if we had been able to use it.
