Having perfect to my 4 member family. Weight is lightwright. Looking premium as compare to any others.Ad per my opinion The brand trust is most important in such high range valuble things because whenever you required service it should be NEAR TO YOUR LOCATION as well as the parts availability and the service should be really important factor.As per my view SAMSUNG have the capability to make trust from a long years with there service as compare to others as well as personally I really love there services as they treat with there customers.

Recently purchased this washing machine, and I must say, the machine itself is excellent. It features a sleek design, delivers efficient washing, and is incredibly easy to use.However, I am extremely disappointed with the service support, particularly the first installation. The process took nearly 5–6 days, and even then, it wasn’t completed. This was incredibly frustrating. There was a noticeable lack of coordination and a slow response from the service team. I had to follow up multiple times with both the service team and Samsung customer support just to get the installation finished.For a brand like Samsung, I expected much better customer service and a far smoother after-sales experience.If you’re considering the product, it’s definitely a great choice. It is a very good machine, it is doing its work very well and it is sufficient for almost 12 people in the family and the most important thing is that it is very comfortable, after installing it once you can be tension free as it does its work completely on time, I like it a lot and I feel that you all should also thank Amazon which provides things of good quality and good quality at the right price, thank you Amazon

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this Samsung washing machine in February 2024, expecting reliable performance from a reputed brand. However, my experience has been quite the opposite.In January 2025, I encountered an issue with the Eco Tub Cleaning feature. The technician visited and replaced the control board without a thorough inspection. While the machine started working temporarily, it was clearly a surface-level fix.By May 1st, the issue resurfaced—this time the machine stopped spinning altogether. Once again, the technician replaced the PCB and motor, again without a proper diagnostic. After an hour of failed attempts to spin the motor, they finally checked the drum, only to find a small cloth piece stuck, which apparently damaged internal parts.To my shock, despite being under a 2-year comprehensive warranty and a 20-year motor warranty, I’m now being asked to pay ₹5500 for a drum replacement. The damage clearly stems from a design flaw and poor diagnostic procedures, yet they’ve made it chargeable.Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I expected better engineering and service standards from Samsung. I strongly do not recommend this product due to the recurring issues, poor diagnosis, and unhelpful warranty support.
