The Last Wok You’ll Ever Need
I’ve had this wok for a few months now, and I can honestly say it’s the best one I’ve ever used. The nonstick surface is fantastic, food just slides right off, and cleanup is super easy. It heats up quickly and evenly, and I love that it works perfectly on my induction cooktop. The handle stays cool even when the pan gets really hot, which is great when I’m doing high-heat stir-frying. It just feels solid and well made. What really sold me, though, is the lifetime warranty. It’s rare to see a company back their product like that, and it gave me confidence in the purchase. I’ve used it for everything from stir fries to searing meat, and it handles it all like a pro. Even after repeated use, it still looks and performs like new. If you’re looking for a reliable, high quality wok that will last, this is 100% worth it.

Great product for every aspect. Love it!
I LOVE IT!I was so much impressed with HexClad video by Gordon Ramsay since I saw it and wanted to buy the whole lot but couldn’t afford it. Luckily this wok was on sale on Amazon so I grab the opportunity and bought it.This high quality wok not only looks beautiful, it does what it says. Nonstick works well for stir frying, sauté, cooking and it distributes heat evenly. Perfect size for us and very easy to clean.

Great quality
Typical Hexclad quality, outstanding! No stick, manageable weight, great heat retention, and a fairly reasonable price. Hexclad is not cheap but it has amazing cookware, you get what you pay for. I am gradually replacing my major utensils;s.

HEXCLAD RULES!
It’s HEXCLAD! Do I need to say more? I’m not an expert but this HEXCLAD works better than my circulon wok & the latter worked damn well! When I wash it, all I need to do is run the water over it & no more residue! I don’t worry abt all the toxins lesser pans have Altho I’ve heard some negative things. The diff, is HEXCLAD coating doesn’t scratch so no toxin n food unlike pans like Circulon etc. that can get scratched & wear out! HEXCLAD is expensive! So instead of expensive perfume evry year for Xmas, hubby buys me a diff pot evry year. I own 2 so far! These r now my go to pots! The woks serves as my skillet & it’s a great replacement! Highly recommended!

Hybrid design really works well
This has become my favorite wok. It heats evenly and has good non stick performance. It's made of steel which works on induction stoves, though it is heavier (and stronger) than aluminum. The hex design is also on the outside which is beautiful and unique.Keep in mind that the hybrid design has raised steel lines to protect the non stick coating. This is great to prolong the life of the pan, especially for my spouse who uses metal tongs and throws pans into the sink with metal utensils crushed on them. The exposed steel means you must use oil to prevent the thin lines from sticking to food.I hesitated to buy this because of the mixed reviews. I'm glad I gave it a try because it does a great job. I don't trust America's Test Kitchen anymore after they panned Hexclad. They complained that eggs stuck without oil. That's the wrong way to use this pan and they should know better as supposed experts. What kind of monster cooks without oil, even on a traditional non stick pan?? My opinion of people like that is they don't know how to cook.

It is okay
So I have been looking for a do everything pan forever now. And for that I have always loved flat bottom stainless steel woks because my old one replaced fry pans, saute pans and sauce pans and even pinched in for a pot some days, great if you want to reduce clutter or have a small kitchen. The only problem is? It doesn't replace a wok. Stir frying takes a lot of oil and you can forget about fried rice, everything sticks and it will take forever to clean.Solution? I been using ceramic woks for the past 6 years or so which has the benefit of slight non stick properties and you can still make saucy dishes or acid dishes without the fuss of carbon steel. Down side? It doesn't go in the oven you need to transfer stuff to a sheet tray or still have a stainless steel one lying around, heat distribution on the ceramic is still less desirable when it comes to searing and you need to replace it every year or 2.So the idea that this might check all the boxes seemed appealing enough to splash for it as respectable triple ply stainless steel woks cost about the same price. Had it for a while now and cooked with it almost every single day and the verdict? It is okay. I solves some of my issues with stainless woks, it needs less oil for stir frying and I can throw it in the oven, cleaning it is fairly easy and from other owners' review it is supposed to be fairly durable.Down side to the wok, it is a little on the heavy side, it is a little too shallow for a wok and I still can't make fried rice with it, it sticks too much. It seems I still need a ceramic wok. So my search continuous.
