I had the mixer for over a year now, and thought to make a review about itI have used it quite a bit to make dough for various pastries, breads, cakes, cookies and other desserts. I used all the attachments, including the whip whisker.I have to say, it did the job very well, and the dough that comes out of the bowl of this stand mixer is wonderful, and well mixed.I have made many cakes, bread, pies, and cookies and all came back better than what I expected.I have recently made cinnamon rolls using this stand mixer to make the dough, photos of which are included in this review.pros,quick to assemble, use, and clean. Easy to operate and to get the attachments hooked and unhook them. small in size, and easy to store.it has variable speeds and will allow you to adjust depending on your needs.have used now for over a year, with about 2-4 times/ month, with no major issues. No problems with rust so far.conssmall size, and it won't fit more than 7 to 8 cups of flour at once, the performance won't be as predictable, as the mixer was struggling and shaking as it was trying to get the ingredients mixed but was able to complete it.I will buy a larger size stand mixer, as at times I need to make a bigger batch of pies and for time considerations, but not because of its functionality which I believe is very good to excellent.it is one of my must have, and one of the most important items in my kitchen for baking and making desserts which everyone enjoyed.Photos in review showing various breads, cakes, cookies, and other desserts made using the stand mixer with its 3 attachmentsI definitely recommend

Bought this to replace a Kitchenaid mixer which had become too heavy for me to manage. Gave the Kitchenaid to my daughter and now us this mixer which is so much lighter in weight but works perfectly for my needs. I especially like that this mixer firmly attaches to the counter, giving it great stability during use.

I have needed a stand mixer for a while. I have several Hamilton Beach appliances and have been satisfied with the quality. The package was double boxed, so no damage at all. All parts were there, easy to follow directions made setup a breeze. I like the weight, not too heavy, handle on top is very helpful. Well built. Has rubber feet that keep it steady on the counter, easy dial speed control.I tried out a bread recipe, and it was so easy with the hook, saved a lot of time. I look forward to baking now.If you’re on the fence, go for it. For the price and quality it doesn’t disappoint.

Device is very heavy. Bowl cover is difficult to install and remove. Various beater options are nice and mostly do a good job. Beaters do not do a good job of clearing material at bottom of bowl when using. Very strong motor to drive mixer with any material being used.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I needed to replace a Kitchen-Aid that I had for over 20 years. When I saw the prices of a new Kitchen-Aid, I decided to consider a less expensive brand. I was familiar with the Hamilton Beach Brand as a reliable manufacturer. The price of this product was affordable. Used it for the first time today and am very pleased with how it works. Easy to use, lots of power.

Outstanding mixer. Bought for husband. Performed better than expected. He’s not experienced at baking but was amazed at the power. Much better than my old hand mixer. Bought turquoise color because less expensive but it is a beautiful light color. Would definitely recommend.

This is my first stand mixer and I like it! I've made butter with it using heavy cream and I have to say it did an amazing job. Of course when you make the butter, it will make a mess. I suggest that you keep plenty of towels handy. I like it also because of the storage factor. Everything fits in the bowl and I cover it with the plastic cover that it came in. The quality is there.

I purchased this for a friend for Mother's Day. Still working great and she bakes a lot. Great price and value as I get to sample the baked goods!
