Tastes great!
I needed something that wasn't full of sugar to rehydrate after a competition. This did the trick! I love how they have a variety of flavors and it's super tasty!

Not only does it taste great it is easy to mix the only thing that might be a problem is it might crystallize in very humid climate. Mine has done it slightly so I make sure I shake the container before opening tom get a serving out.
