My ION party float has two 2S1P 18650 2000mAh 7.4volt 14.8 Wh SUN 19A battery packs . It uses a 9V 2.0A charger. Will these replace those ?

I don’t know if those are a replacement battery pack. But the battery packs that I purchased are bad already. I will not buy Chinese junk batteries anymore. I will try to replace with original factory replacements from now on if not way more expensive.
