Dont use with a crowded metal steamer. The metal steamers have few holes so when you put this sheet on top it actually blocks a bunch of the holes. Now imagine if the steamer is crowded with baos. Now you have like 1 or 2 available holes for draining condensation. But wait... there's TWO steamer chambers.This product is probably fine for bamboo steamers.Trying to figure out what went wrong gave me too many headaches and low quality food. Next time I'm going to try cutting the sheets in to quarters (fold twice, scissor cut partially down the middle ) and see if that does the trick. If that fails i'll try the mesh silicone liners on Amazon or get a 12" bamboo steamer...

They are just too big for 10” steamer. They need about an 1/8” off.

I little concerned since I’m used to using the steamer basket linerS that I used to purchase at the Wok shop. They no longer carry it but this item is fantastic and believe it’s even better than the other one. Glad I took a chance

I really like using these liners in my air fryer. These are a little larger and cover the area well. You still need to clean the air fryer with most foods but it helps some.
