Neutrogena Beach Defense Sunscreen Spray, SPF 70, 6.5 oz

This is my absolute go-to sunscreen spray for the beach or outdoor workouts. The spray nozzle provides a really even, continuous mist that makes it incredibly easy to apply, even on hard-to-reach spots. It dries down quickly without leaving a sticky or tacky residue on your skin. It has a nice, classic beachy scent that isn't too overwhelming, and it does a fantastic job of preventing sunburns even after swimming. Just remember to rub it in slightly after spraying for the best coverage!

We love this sunscreen spray for family beach days and outdoor activities. The spray makes it incredibly fast and easy to apply on wriggling kids. This is my go to brand from now on. It does what 100+ SPF of other brands cannot. I am really pale (like a Club Cracker) and pretty much skip the tan stage (can't even get a Ritz or Graham Cracker golden going), before I have a sunburn (I'm talking like a light red Goldfish cracker). I've used so many different brands, strength, formulas, and forms of sunscreen over the years. This one actually keeps me minimally burn free even when I forget to reapply as much as I should & all while keeping my hands clean. I like other Neutrogena brand sunscreens, but the Beach Defense formula specifically I feel is the best. It's TRULY WATERPROOF ,so it holds up awhile even in water, which means less frequent re-applying (let's face it we all forget to re-apply as much as recommended because we're having too much fun). The top TWISTS TO LOCK, stays locked, and it's NEVER LEAKED; I just toss it haphazardly in a drawstring backpack bag n' go. Now for the best part, can you believe it gets any better, it SPRAYS UPSIDE DOWN, which means I can easily apply it to my own legs w/o any interruption in the spray. The nozzle is CLOG & DRIP FREE too.

This is hands down the best sunscreen I have found for my family. The entire family. It's not greasy and has the most refreshing scent. I have purchased 9 cans so far this summer and just bought 3 more today. My children have very fair skin. We have gone floating for 3 hours with 1 very hefty application and nobody burned. 10/10 highly recommended!

Effective sunscreen. We spent a week at the beach and didn't get sun burned. However, the smell when applying the spray was horrible. Fortunately the smell dissipated fairly quickly. If you are sensitive to fragrances, find a fragrance-free alternative.

I really love this sunscreen. The spray application makes it quick, even, and hassle-free to put on— ideal for the beach or outdoor activities. The SPF 70 gives great peace of mind under intense sun. Use this everyday at the pool. Love how you can use it for the face and body. Spraying on feels very light and not like other sunscreens that feel heavy on your skin. Definitely repurchasing in the future!

We used this sunscreen for our family beach trip, and it worked great. I really liked that it didn’t feel thick or greasy like a lot of high SPF sunscreens do. It went on easily and kept all of us protected during a long day in the sun. One thing I definitely recommend is applying it about 20 minutes before getting in the water. We noticed a big difference when we gave it time to absorb instead of jumping right in. I’ll definitely be packing this again for future beach trips.

No sunburns here. Not unsure how the coral will do with this stuff but my kids are sunburn free after 12h out doors.
