I have been using this product for almost a year now. And I will keep using this, as I can see great results. After prolonged usage of laptop and devices eyes are getting sore and this cream helps soothing my eyes. Moreover after prolonged usage I really can see reduced dark circle. Just the pump might not work in some orders but not every. And this pump issue doesn't matter for me as I feel this is a gives good result for dark circles comparing to other brands I tried like Garnier and Mama Earth eye roll-ons. If the pump stopped work all I do is to shake the product vigorously and pump again it works 😁 - rare case this vigorous shake might not also work so I just open the roller cap and take the cream out manually. It will be great if mcaffine fix this pump issue - this is a great product!

Not effective

It was great for the first few days, but later started to burn and it's volume shrunk. It also became very sticky and had a fermented scent. Skin protection de soothing effect.
