A good simple little phone, works great. Good clear reception and easy to use, not heavy in the pocket and nice big numbers on the keypad that light up in use. Perfect for older people or for those who don't like the complicated smart phones. A very handy torch facility and other useful functions as well if you need them. Very pleased with it.

I have bought this phone for my 60’s Dad. it is very simple and easy to use so my Dad was very happy and satisfied with it.

I got this phone for my 92 year old mum.The Pros:• It's very similar to a cordless house phone,• The ringtone is extremely loud and when the speaker is on during a call It's loud and clear.It has a separate joint specific button for the speaker & camera 🔈/📷• It has a very handy cradle to charge it.• It's very easy to use.The Cons:• It's very light & feels a bit fragile.• The keypad lock slide switch is a bit fiddly.All in all i think it's a great value bit of kit, especially for an elderly person who needs a mobile phone.

My father-in-law (93) likes the features of the phone which he has for his personal safety security but we are now less than happy with their short lifespan and the apparent common recurring faults.this is the 4th of these phones I have ordered and it has since been returned for refund immediately after receipt as it did not function correctly.Yes they are cheap but they should still be fit for purpose and have at least some semblence of service life.#1 24th February 2024, initially worked fine but by the end of June 2024 the microphone had degraded and was inaudible during telephone calls. We suspected that it may have been user damage although my father-in-law had no recollection of any incidents and there were no visible signs of damage. I am now not so sure it was a fault caused by user damaged.#2 ordered 1st July however on receipt and following charging and inserting the SIM the left part of the keyboard did not work. and was immediately returned to amazon within the returns period.#3 ordered 4th July as a replacement for #2. Again, initially the phone worked ok however like #1 the microphone degraded by then end of August, so less than 2 months but outside the Amazon “returns window”, therefore giving suspicions about the cause of #1. Unfortunately based on our initial view we had disposed of #1.#4 purchased again from Amazon on the 1st September as a replacement for this #3 however as with #2 on receipt and following charging and inserting the SIM the left part of the keyboard did not work, obviously a flaw in the phone.The SIM works perfectly in both #1 & #3 as well as in any other phone. #4 has been returned to Amazon for a refund we are now looking for an alternative manufacturer or model.

I purchased this for my dad (78) as he is clumsy and keeps breaking his phones, I have traditionally always got him a clam-shell phone as he only ever really wants it for receiving calls however none of the clam-shell ones i found were able to get the volume very high, this phone is great, it has a very simple interface and the buttons are easy to click and large enough that even his sausage fingers don't press on multiple buttons at once, you can adjust the sounds to be quite high and it has a nice lock slider on the side.Would buy again!

I brought this for my mother and thought it would be the same as her last one but the battery doesn’t last as long i we thought it would however it is a good general basic phone the sound is ok it charges fine the screen is not very good pictures are blurry most of the time but overall a good basic sturdy phone designed so its easy for older people to understand

My dad in his 80s loves it. It does everything he wanted it to do and doesn't do what he didn't want. Ideal for hard of sight, hard of hearing and for those wanting simplicity but still containing essential features like speakerphone which he did not have on his old Nokia. He even managed to set it all up on his own transferring the simcard from the old Nokia. That is pretty impressive in itself.

I bought this phone for my parents as I have upgraded to Full Fibre broadband and had the !and line removed. Mum and Dad aren't smart phone friendly so I decided to go back to basics.The phone is very easy to use and the large buttons are great and the display is large too. Over all, very happy and the price was fantastic too.
